At Altyaa LLC ("Altyaa"), we recognize the value of integrating artificial intelligence ("AI") into our reputation management and social media automation platform ("Services"). AI enhances the speed and efficiency of content creation, sentiment analysis, and customer engagement; however, AI is a feature—not a replacement—for human decision-making.

This AI Policy ("AI Policy") establishes clear rules, expectations, and ethical standards for the responsible use of AI across Altyaa's workforce, contractors, Clients, and Partners. It is designed to mitigate legal risks, protect privacy, uphold ethical integrity, and reinforce human oversight in all AI-assisted outcomes.

Altyaa may update this AI Policy at any time by publishing a new version on Altyaa.ai.

1. Ethical Principles Governing AI at Altyaa

Altyaa adheres to the following principles to ensure ethical deployment and use of AI:

Transparency

  • Altyaa clearly informs Clients and Partners when AI features are used.
  • We disclose the categories of data used by AI models and will provide information about the third-party AI providers we use upon reasonable request.

Fairness & Bias Mitigation

  • Altyaa regularly evaluates AI outputs for potential biases.
  • Any identified risks are assessed and addressed promptly.

Human Oversight

  • AI tools assist with recommendations, content generation, and automation, but Clients always retain full control.
  • AI outputs should be reviewed, edited, or approved by the Client before posting or publishing.

Privacy & Security

  • Altyaa respects user privacy and ensures all processing complies with our Privacy Policy, GDPR, CCPA, and applicable laws.
  • Altyaa only uses enterprise-grade AI providers that do not use Client data to train their models.

2. Use of Data in AI Systems

No Training of AI Models on Customer Data

Altyaa does not use raw Client data—such as reviews, customer information, social posts, analytics, photos, or videos—to train AI models.

Enterprise Safety Requirements

  • All third-party AI providers used by Altyaa must contractually prohibit data use for model training.
  • They must utilize encryption, access controls, and enterprise-grade security.

Media Files (Photos, Videos)

Altyaa allows Clients to upload business photos and videos for:

  • Social media post creation
  • AI-assisted content generation
  • Branding and marketing automation

These files may be processed privately and securely to generate outputs but are never used to train models or shared externally.

Aggregated & Anonymized Data

Altyaa may create aggregated or anonymized datasets for:

  • Analytics
  • Product performance improvement
  • Platform optimization

Such data does not identify any Client, end user, or business information.

3. AI Decision-Making Principles

Altyaa follows strict standards for decisions involving AI:

Human-Centered

AI recommendations must always be reviewable, editable, or overridable by humans.

Social Responsibility

AI features do not spread misinformation, misrepresent Clients, or enable harmful activity.

Altyaa communicates where AI is used, how it assists, and how Clients can manage or override outputs.

4. Altyaa's Official Position on AI

Altyaa uses AI as a supporting technology, not a replacement for human judgment.

5. Client Responsibilities When Using AI Features in Altyaa

Clients and Partners agree to:

Legal & Ethical Use

Use AI-generated outputs only in lawful, compliant, ethical ways.

Review & Approve AI Outputs

Clients are responsible for:

  • Reviewing AI-generated posts
  • Editing content before publishing
  • Ensuring compliance with social platform policies

Prohibited Conduct

Clients may not use AI features to:

  • Create deceptive, harmful, or discriminatory content
  • Circumvent review-site rules or platform policies
  • Misrepresent individuals, businesses, or public figures
  • Generate content that violates applicable laws or industry standards

6. Changes to this AI Policy

Altyaa may modify this AI Policy as AI technology, legal standards, and platform features evolve. Any updates will be posted on Altyaa.ai, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
